Un poco de inglés. Conferencia Internacional en Austin, Texas.


The 2007 International Protocol Conference will take place 15-18 August 2007 in Houston, Texas.

This four-day conference will cover topics on protocol and diplomacy and recognized experts in the profession, to include the US State Department Office of Protocol, will be our guest speakers. This is the forum to learn about current issues and changes in the field. Additionally, it is an excellent opportunity to network with other protocol officers. Our membership includes professionals from the United States, Bermuda, Canada, Grenada, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.
Conference attendence is open to to professionals in the field of protocol who currently serve, or have previously served, as Protocol Officers for any level of government (federal/national, state/province, county or city, military), university/college (public or private), corporations, international trade and diplomatic organizations (i.e. U.N. Association).

Non-PDI members wishing to attend, please send us your resume prior to registering. Once approved you will be contacted to register.


There are a limited number of student/intern slots available. All student or intern conferees must be pre-approved for attendance prior to registering.

Schedule:
August 15, 5-7pm.: Welcome Reception
August 16 - 17, 9am - 5pm: Conference sessions
August 18, 9am-12pm: Conference sessions. Conference concludes at 12 noon
